Bread and Beer?!!?!?!?!?!?!!?

I love bread!! That is why i think the Egyptians were so very lucky! Bread was included in the everyday meals of the Egyptian people.(like I said- LUCKY!) The basic foods for everyone were bread and beer. Many homes had a kitchen brewery to make beer!(insanium in the cranium, dawg!) Irrigated gardens around villas produced a butt-load of fruits and vegetables such as: melons, figs, dates, onions, peas, beans, lentils, lettuces, leeks, cabbage, turnips, carrots, eggplant, and more.(I could pretty much go on forever, but I was nice and chose just a few!)(Your welcome!!) Vines on trellises produced raisins, wine, and table grapes. Juniper berries were grown as a spice.YUM!
